As experts in custom design, our specialist teams review applicable research prior to detailed specification discussion, design, modelling and simulation where necessary. This exercise enables fine-tuning of any aspect of the design to minimise time to market.
We use prototypes to optimise design. Our prototypes are manufactured in-house using our vertically integrated LEAN production processes. All aspects of system performance are fully validated against the product specification.
For optimal performance and minimal risk of project delays due to compliance Issues, Salom perform EMC validation testing using in-house EMC laboratory facilities prior to submission to an accredited laboratory for formal safety certification.
Salom’s extensive vertical integration means we process materials and produce around 70% of the components required; including bare copper wire, insulated wire and cable, transformers, metal components and plastic injection mouldings using in-house tooling.
